Community Manager

In the role of an Community Manager, you are the heart and soul of the Bond Collective location, working in conjunction with the other community personnel. Your responsibilities will be to help find new members best suitable for our vibe, move them in and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow to make our community feel at home. We want an innovative and forward-thinking individual who will join us in our constant efforts to expand our vision. As a rapidly expanding company there is never a shortage of opportunity, challenges and ideas needed to fast-track solutions.   • Managing the process from booking tours the space, signing up new member, to facilitate their move-in
  • Maintain the vibe, cleanliness and organization of the space
  • Addresses tenant concerns and be the go-to person for our members
  • Orient first-time members and short-term customers
  • Be available to customers in person, via phone and email
  • Help out wherever you can


  • Curate community programs offering value added events
  • Contribute to social media, outreach, newsletters, as well as explore possible partnerships
